Srilanka's Northern Province Chief Minister's  visit to Canada made lot of remarks in FB.  Two Canadian Cities are finalizing the paper work with two Tamils concentrated cities in Srilanka  as twin cities. This may be the first initiative with Srilanka,  However,  British Tamil Forum made some initiatives in UK with Jaffna.

Due to logistical purposes new Tamil organizations emerged to facilitate with the cities. Brampton and Markham are the two cities are in  the process.  Hope this motto of these project may lead to betterment of those  who really need help to stand back in their foot.
